As the Bush Administration approaches its final months, it is employing a multi-tiered, industry-supported strategy to open even more public lands to oil and gas drilling.

At this teleconference, a panel of Wilderness Society experts discussed:

  • Recently revealed details about legal loopholes and other strategies planned by the Bush administration to increase drilling;
  • The potential impact of these actions on public lands and on gasoline prices;
