Bryce started with The Wilderness Society in January of 2009. Prior to that, Bryce worked as a field assistant, studying Spider Monkey behavior in the Manu National Forest in Peru. She came back with a new perspective and interest in wilderness protection. Returning to the U.S., Bryce worked as the Business Office Coordinator for the UC Davis Psychology Department before relocation to San Francisco.

She has a B.S. in Anthropology from UC Davis, where she primarily studied the Behavioral Ecology of Primates. She also minored in Comparative Literature. As a student, Bryce worked at the California National Primate Research Center caring for monkeys and analyzing their behavior, and DJed at the college radio station, KDVS.

Bryce likes to take advantage of the all great outdoor opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Area, but lately has been spending a lot of time on her road bike. Whatever is left of her free time is spent reading modern and classic literature, watching movies, exploring San Francisco, and traveling.
