Mickey is Data Coordinator for The Wilderness Society.
He received a degree in Theatre from Skidmore College and a Masters in Teaching from Towson State University. Mickey spent six years teaching elementary school before transitioning to working with non-profits on data issues. He has worked for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Connections Academy, and the Human Rights Campaign.
Mickey is also Artistic Director for a local community theatre in Annapolis called Dignity Players, which presents plays with a strong, liberal social message aimed at inspiring people to take action.

Spencer Phillips is a natural resource economist who has been with The Wilderness Society's scientific team since 1992. His economic work has focused on helping people, communities and institutions realize the benefits of wildland conservation.
