Reginald Hagood (Flip) has served on The Wilderness Society governing council since 2001.
Flip is the senior vice president of strategic initiatives and business development at the Student Conservation Association in Arlington, Virginia. The association is the nation’s largest and oldest provider of national and community service opportunities in conservation. It involves student and adult volunteers in the stewardship of public lands including natural and cultural resources.
Earlier in Flip’s career, he was a park ranger and served as chief of the Employee Development Division at the National Park Service.
