Cameron comes to TWS from the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership where he interned for the Director of Government Affairs. He received his BA in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 and went on to get his hands dirty in the field for several years before returning to D.C. where he is from originally.
During that time he worked primarily with the Boy Scouts at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico where he managed the conservation department’s work crew program. He is an avid outdoorsman, and would almost always rather be out in the Wildernesses he is working to protect, or snowboarding on any mountain he can get his hands on.
When he’s not out hiking, camping or snowboarding Cameron can usually be found listening to, writing and playing all the music he possibly can.
