Mike Anderson
Mike has been with The Wilderness Society since 1985. His main focus is national forest management and policy, ranging from roadless area conservation to watershed restoration. He also helps coordinate all of The Wilderness Society's litigation activities.
He earned a B.A. from Yale University and received a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
Mike enjoys backpacking, bread baking, and tennis (in 2007, he was ranked number 2 in the Pacific Northwest Men's 55 Senior Singles Division). He has a daughter Emily who attends Stanford University and a son Corey who plays trumpet in his high school jazz band.
