The Zebra Slot Canyon is one of the many slot canyons to be found in Utah's Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Others include Spooky Slot and Peek-a-boo Slot. 

The Ark Valley Libation Society knows the best way to have a good time in Colorado: hit the rapids in Browns Canyon. 

In honor of its birthday, we have chosen Arches National Park in Utah as our Friday mystery photo. Arches was actually first established as a national monument on April 12, 1929.

It wasn't until 1971 that Arches gained its national park designation. 

The San Juan Islands, located in Washington state, may not be a tropical paradise, but it is paradise none-the-less with hidden coves, swashbuckling storybook island names (Skull Island and Iceberg Point Rocks) sandy beaches and trails to explore.
