Riverside County Wilderness Would Secure Economic Benefits for the Future

Representative Mary Bono and Senator Barbara Boxer have introduced the "California Desert and Mountain Heritage Act" to protect 200,000 additional acres of wilderness in Riverside County, California. If enacted, their proposal would create, enhance or secure important economic benefits for California and the nation, including those outlined in this Economics and Wilderness brief.
