Leadership

The Wilderness Society is led by a governing council, president’s council, president and six vice presidents.

These leaders oversee the work The Wilderness Society does, including regional and programmatic work, policy and government affairs, membership and development, communication and operations. The initial founders’ and noteworthy former council members’ vision still impacts how we do business today.
