The Bureau of Land Management, in coordination with the Forest Service, is developing multiple environmental impact statements to analyze and implement conservation measures for sage-grouse. Below are three sets of scoping comments addressing the planning process. The first set of comments was submitted by The Wilderness Society addressing a narrow range of issues that are of primary concern to TWS. The other two sets address a broader range of issues for the two regions that BLM is developing plans for, and are joint comments with our partners in the conservation community.
