This letter constitutes the comments on the Staff Assessment/Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Solar Millennium Ridgecrest Solar Power Project for the proposed Ridgecrest Solar Power Project by The Wilderness Society, Defenders of Wildlife, and Natural Resources Defense Council.

The Wilderness Society, Defenders of Wildlife, and Natural Resources Defense Council submitted these comments regarding the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and California Desert Conservation Area Plan Amendment for the Proposed Palen Solar Power Project.
