Connect with Hally

Hally is our Program Manager, Urban to Wild (Albuquerque), leading our work to expand equitable access and outdoor equity in the greater Albuquerque region.

She is originally from Tacoma, WA and earned her M.A. in Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Mexico. Hally most recently worked as a Planner at the City of Albuquerque and previously worked as the Community Partnerships Manager for a transportation advocacy organization in Tacoma. She is excited about improving access to the outdoors and transportation by centering historically excluded communities and the voices of people most impacted by changes and challenges in cities. Her M.A. research explored how race and class impact ideas about comfort and safety in the Zero Fare Program in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She spends her free time reading, hiking, biking, skiing, and eating Thai food.
