Saving Wyoming's public lands

‌In recent years people of faith have come together in an effort to green their churches, clean the air and the water, seek out less polluting alternative energy sources and work toward saving the great outdoors and the creatures who live there.

This movement has been given the name “Creation Care” and the intention is to acknowledge God’s creation of the earth and serve as stewards for the ongoing care of the planet. This is happening in Wyoming as well as in other parts of the country. In recent years several On Sacred Ground groups have been started throughout the state with the goal of promoting Creation Care.

Wyoming has been divinely blessed with some of our nation’s most breathtaking landscapes. People from all over the world come here to visit Yellowstone, the Tetons, Devils Tower and numerous other natural features.

Eco-tourism is one of the fastest growing industries in America.
